금일은 집, 헬스클럽 등 어디서나 쉽게 할 수 있는 TRX(Total-body Resistance eXercise)를 이용한 두 번째 운동법을 소개하겠습니다.
TRX는 두개의 줄의 끝이 하나로 연결되어 있는 기구로 자신의 체중을 이용하여 전신 저항성 운동을 할 수 있습니다. 보기에는 어렵지 않아 보이지만 생각보다 어렵고 근육에 자극도 많이 전해지는 운동입니다.
이번주는 TRX를 이용한 기본적인 하체운동을 소개하겠습니다.
TRX를 이용한 탄력있는 다리 만들기
운동 설명 TRX를 문 또는 고정된 물체에 고정한다.
양손에 TRX를 잡고 상체 중심은 뒤를 향하게 한다.
한발로 중심을 잡고 나머지 한발은 앞으로 든다.
복부와 몸통에 긴장을 하고 한발로 천천히 앉았다가 호흡을 내쉬며 일어난다.
개인의 체력에 따라 10~15회씩 좌, 우 반복을 1세트로 3~5세트 진행한다.

운동 설명 TRX를 문 또는 고정된 물체에 고정한다.
TRX를 등지고 손잡이에 발을 걸어둔다.
호흡을 마시며 천천히 무릎을 굽혔다가 호흡을 내쉬며 일어난다.
이때 복부와 몸통에 긴장을해 몸이 흔들리지 않도록 주의한다.
개인의 체력에 따라 10~15회씩 좌, 우 반복을 1세트로 3~5세트 진행한다.
