안녕하세요. 트레이너 강입니다. 여름이 다가오면서 많은 사람이 몸짱에 관심이 많습니다. 몸 각 부위 중 특히 복근 만들기에 많은 관심이 있어 금일은 짐볼을 이용한 복근운동 두가지를 소개 하겠습니다. 헬스클럽이나 집에서 복부 강화를 위해 실시해보세요.
볼에 다리 올린 후 엉덩이 들기
운동설명
양 팔은 어깨 너비로 벌리고 양발은 모아 짐볼에 올린다. 호흡을 내 쉬며 엉덩이가 하늘을 향하게 올린다. 이때 몸이 산봉우리 처럼 보이게 한다. 엉덩이를 들고나서 1-2초 멈춘 후 시작자세로 돌아가 동작을 반복한다.
개인의 체력에 따라 10-15회씩 3set 진행한다.
볼에 누워 상체 들어 올리기
운동설명
양 발은 어깨 너비로 벌리고 볼에 등 하부를 기댄다. 호흡을 내시며 상체를 천천히 들어 올리고 시작자세로 돌아가 좌, 우 역시 호흡을 내 쉬며 들어올린다. 정면, 좌, 우를 1회씩 실시하는 것을 1회로한다.
개인의 체력에 따라 10-15회씩 3set 진행한다.
