하체와 어깨를 한번에! 일석이조 운동법~

안녕하세요. 피트니스월드의 트레이너 강입니다. 금일은 한동작으로 하체와 어깨 운동을 동시에 할 수 있는 복합운동을 소개하겠습니다. 덤벨이나 물병을 이용하여 쉽게 할 수 있는 운동이니 한번씩 해보세요 ^^ 중량은 가벼운 중량을 선택하고 보기보다 어렵습니다. 그럼 파이팅!^^

다리 앞뒤로 벌려 앉았다 일어나며 양팔 앞 옆 들어올리기

운동 부위 : 하체, 어깨

운동설명 : 다리를 어깨 너비로 벌린 후 앞뒤로 넓게 벌리고 선다.
무릎을 굽혀 천천히 내려감과 동시에 양팔을 정면으로 들어올린다. 이때 양손의 손바닥이 하늘을 향하게 하고 무릎을 폄과 동시에 양손을 옆쪽으로 들어올린다.

point : 무릎을 굽혀 내려 갈 때 앞무릎이 발끝보다 앞으로 향하지 않게 하고, 뒷무릎은 땅에 닿기 직전까지 천천히 내려간다. 손은 자연스럽게 U자를 그런다는 느낌으로 들어올린다.
